Nick Harwood – Associate director of operations for the adult mental health community division

Nick Harwood qualified as a mental health nurse in 1999, after working clinically in a range of mental health services through to 2012 when he moved into healthcare leadership and management.

Leading community mental health teams and then IAPT services, Nick developed a passion for service improvement and evidence based interventions.

Nick became the Service Manager for the countywide IAPT service in 2015 and more recently became the Associate Director of Operations for the Adult Community Division at LPFT, responsible for the delivery of high quality community mental health services in Lincolnshire and the LPFT lead for community mental health transformation.
